Zaynn Return Policy

At Zaynn, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for any reason (whether defective, damaged, or not).

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Return courier charges will be borne by the customer.

• For defective or damaged items, photos/videos must be provided as proof.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@zaynn.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Mention your order number and reason for return.

3. If the item is defective/damaged, please attach photos/videos.

4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds & Replacements

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund or exchange based on your preference.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

• Shipping and return courier charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized prints

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Minor imperfections typical of 3D printing (e.g., layer lines)
